The client has a son who loves Cadbury Eggs...ALOT! For his birthday she asked us to come up with a Cake that incorporated Cadbury Eggs into it. So instead of just putting some cadbury eggs in the cake, we decided to make a giant Cadbury Egg! The outside of the egg was pure chocolate and inside was chocolate cake and marshmallow cream. YUM! We also made a bunch of cupcakes complete with cream cheese frosting, green coconut and of course miniature cadbury eggs! We put the cake and cupcakes in some baskets with some Easter grass and delivered to her two baskets of Cadbury Egg Cake heaven!
